Raghuram Rajan

Raghuram Rajan is an Indian economist and public intellectual, widely known for his role as the Governor of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) from 2013 to 2016. Born in Bangalore, India, in 1963, Rajan studied at the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) and later earned a Ph.D. in economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
