He is the Chairman and CEO of Mandalay Entertainment Group and has held leadership roles at Sony Pictures Entertainment, PolyGram Entertainment, and Columbia Pictures. Guber's films have grossed over $3 billion worldwide and received more than 50 Academy Award nominations, including five for Best Picture, with a win for Rain Man in 1989 .
Beyond filmmaking, Guber is a co-owner of several professional sports teams, including the Golden State Warriors, the Los Angeles Dodgers, and Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC).
