Paul Coffey is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey player widely regarded as one of the best defensemen in NHL history. He played for several teams during his illustrious career, including the Edmonton Oilers, Pittsburgh Penguins, and Detroit Red Wings. Coffey’s offensive contributions as a defenseman were groundbreaking, helping redefine the role of defensemen in the NHL.
