Nastassja Kinski is a German-born actress and former model renowned for her captivating performances in both European and American cinema. Born Nastassja Aglaia Nakszynski on January 24, 1961, in West Berlin, she is the daughter of the acclaimed German actor Klaus Kinski. Her acting career commenced at the age of 14 when she was discovered by director Wim Wenders in a Munich discotheque for the film Falsche Bewegung (1975). Her international breakthrough came with the film Tess (1979), directed by Roman Polanski, for which she received a Golden Globe Award.
