Mithali Raj (born 3 December 1982 in Jodhpur, Rajasthan) is a legendary Indian cricketer and one of the greatest batters in women's international cricket history. Making her international debut in 1999 at the age of 16, she went on to lead India in two ICC World Cup finals (2005, 2017), retiring from international cricket in June 2022 after a storied career spanning over 23 years +15+15+15. She remains the all‑time leading run‑scorer in women's ODI and total international cricket, and represented India in over 200 ODIs and nearly 90 T20Is +14+14+14.
