Magnús Scheving's philosophy centers on balance and motivation. He believes in engaging children through fun and movement rather than traditional health education methods. As he stated, "Children don’t really understand the concept of health. You can’t give them an apple and say 'if you eat this you will be healthy when you're older' because they don’t understand. You have to find a different way to motivate them" . His approach emphasizes the importance of making healthy habits enjoyable and accessible for young audiences.+13+13AllGreatQuotes+13+4AllGreatQuotes+4+4
