Lee Zeldin

Lee Zeldin is an American author, attorney, and politician best known for his service as a U.S. Representative from New York’s 1st Congressional District from 2015 to 2023. Born in East Meadow, New York in 1980, he studied political science at SUNY Albany and earned a law degree from Albany Law School. He also served as an officer in the U.S. Army, including active duty in Iraq, before transitioning to a career in law and public service.
