Johnny Iuzzini (born August 31, 1974 in New York City) is an acclaimed American pastry chef, cookbook author, and television personality. He graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 1994 and went on to serve as Executive Pastry Chef at prestigious restaurants such as Daniel (2001–2002) and Jean‑Georges (2002–2011).
