Iman

Iman, born Zara Mohamed Abdulmajid in 1955 in Mogadishu, Somalia, is a renowned supermodel, entrepreneur, and author, celebrated for her trailblazing role in the fashion industry and her advocacy for diversity and representation. After being discovered by a photographer while studying political science at university in Kenya, she moved to the United States and quickly rose to international fame in the 1970s and 1980s.
