Greg Fitzsimmons is an American stand-up comedian, writer, and podcaster known for his sharp wit and candid humor. Born on April 5, 1966, in Tarrytown, New York, Fitzsimmons began his comedy career while attending Boston University, where he was a member of the comedy troupe Uncontrolled Substance. He made his late-night debut on The Late Show with David Letterman in 1996 and has since become a regular guest on shows like The Howard Stern Show, Chelsea Lately, and The Joe Rogan Experience. Fitzsimmons has also hosted his own podcasts, including FitzDog Radio, Sunday Papers, and Childish, and spent over a decade hosting The Greg Fitzsimmons Show on SiriusXM's Howard 101 .
In addition to his stand-up career, Fitzsimmons is an accomplished television writer, having won four Daytime Emmy Awards for his work on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
