George Tenet

George Tenet is an American intelligence officer and former Director of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), serving from 1997 to 2004. Born in New York City in 1953, Tenet played a pivotal role in shaping U.S. intelligence policy during critical moments, including the 9/11 attacks and the subsequent War on Terror.
