Eric Metaxas is a renowned American author, speaker, and radio host known for his contributions to Christian literature, biography, and cultural commentary. Born in 1963 in Astoria, Queens, to a Greek father and German mother, he was raised in Danbury, Connecticut, and later graduated from Yale University, where he edited the Yale Record, the nation's oldest college humor magazine.
