Emily Compagno

Emily Compagno is an American attorney, television host, and former National Football League (NFL) cheerleader, best known for her work as a legal analyst and co-host on Fox News Channel. Born on November 9, 1979, in Oakland, California, Compagno earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Washington, where she was awarded the U.S. Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps’ Cadet of the Quarter Award. She then obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law. Prior to her media career, Compagno practiced law in various capacities, including as a criminal defense attorney in California and as a federal attorney at the Social Security Administration. She also served as a Senior Judge Judicial Extern for the late Hon. John T. Noonan at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit .

Compagno's diverse career path includes her role as a former captain of the Oakland Raiders cheerleaders, known as the Raiderettes, where she represented the NFL on USO tours visiting U.S. troops stationed in Iraq and Kuwait. She joined Fox News in December 2018 as a contributor and legal analyst, and in January 2021, she became a co-host of the daytime news and talk show Outnumbered. Additionally, she hosts The FOX True Crime Podcast with Emily Compagno on Fox News Radio, where she shares stories of survival, solved and unsolved murders, missing persons, and celebrity crime trials .
