Elton Gallegly

Elton Gallegly is an American politician, public servant, and author who represented California’s 24th congressional district in the U.S. House of Representatives from 1987 to 2013. Born in Huntington Park, California in 1944, he built his career in local government before moving to national politics, where he became one of the longest-serving Republican members from California.
