Dan Levy is a Canadian actor, writer, director, and producer, best known for co-creating and starring in the Emmy-winning sitcom Schitt’s Creek. Born on August 9, 1983, in Toronto, Ontario, Levy is the son of actor Eugene Levy and producer Deborah Divine. He began his career in entertainment as a television host on MTV Canada before transitioning to writing and producing. Schitt’s Creek, which he co-created with his father, became a cultural phenomenon, celebrated for its inclusive storytelling and memorable characters.
