Arbaaz Khan is an Indian actor, producer, and director, predominantly known for his work in Hindi cinema. Born on August 4, 1967, in Pune, Maharashtra, he is the second son of renowned screenwriter Salim Khan and his first wife, Sushila Charak (now known as Salma Khan). Arbaaz is the younger brother of Bollywood stars Salman Khan and Sohail Khan. He made his acting debut in 1996 with the film Daraar, portraying a negative role that earned him the Filmfare Award for Best Performance in a Negative Role. Over the years, he has appeared in numerous films, including Pyaar Kiya To Darna Kya (1998), Garv: Pride and Honour (2004), and the Dabangg series, where he also ventured into film production and direction .
In addition to his acting career, Arbaaz Khan has made significant contributions as a producer and director. He established Arbaaz Khan Productions in 2010, with Dabangg being its inaugural project. The film was a massive success, both commercially and critically, and won the National Film Award for Best Popular Film Providing Wholesome Entertainment. Arbaaz also directed Dabangg 2 (2012) and produced its sequel, Dabangg 3 (2019). His versatility extends to television, where he has hosted the reality show Power Couple and starred in the crime-thriller web series Poison (2019), marking his digital debut .
