Andrew Cherng is a Chinese-American entrepreneur and the co-founder of the popular restaurant chain Panda Express, known for introducing American Chinese cuisine to the masses. Born in 1948 in China, Cherng moved to the United States at a young age to pursue an education in mathematics and engineering at Bowling Green State University.
