Amanda Foreman

Amanda Foreman is a British-American historian, biographer, and award-winning author, renowned for her compelling narratives that illuminate pivotal moments in history. Born in 1968 in London, she was raised in Los Angeles and educated in England. Foreman attended Sarah Lawrence College and Columbia University in New York, and completed her doctorate in 18th-century British history at Lady Margaret Hall, Oxford University in 1998.
