Akshara Haasan is an Indian actress and assistant director, born on October 12, 1991, in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, to renowned actors Kamal Haasan and Sarika Thakur. She is the younger sister of actress Shruti Haasan. Akshara completed her schooling at institutions including Abacus Montessori School in Chennai and Indus International School in Bangalore.
