Zacky Vengeance is an American musician, best known as the rhythm guitarist and one of the founding members of the rock band Avenged Sevenfold. Born in 1981 in Huntington Beach, California, Vengeance (whose real name is Zachary James Baker) formed the band in 1999 alongside childhood friends. Avenged Sevenfold gained massive popularity with their blend of heavy metal, hard rock, and post-hardcore influences, producing hits like Bat Country and Nightmare. Zacky’s distinctive guitar work, alongside his contributions to the band’s songwriting, has played a pivotal role in shaping their unique sound.
In addition to his guitar work, Zacky Vengeance has also contributed vocals to several of Avenged Sevenfold’s tracks, showcasing his versatility within the band.
