Heinrich Himmler

Heinrich Himmler (born October 7, 1900 – May 23, 1945) was a prominent German Nazi official who served as the Head of the SS (Schutzstaffel), one of the most powerful and feared organizations in Nazi Germany. Himmler was responsible for overseeing the implementation of the Holocaust, including the management of concentration camps and the extermination of Jews and other marginalized groups. His role in the Nazi regime was central to the systematic genocide that occurred during World War II, and he played a key part in the SS's secret police, the Gestapo, and the Waffen-SS military branch.
