Gordon Hayward is an American professional basketball player currently playing for the Charlotte Hornets in the National Basketball Association (NBA). Born on March 23, 1990, in Indianapolis, Indiana, Hayward was a standout player at Butler University, where he gained national attention for leading his team to the 2010 NCAA Championship Game.
